David Kwan
David Kwan has been a Senior Consultant with TNC for the past 10 years and now holds the dual position of Senior Associate Consultant and National Sales Manager, responsible for all sales and business development of Clearica3, TNC's operational measurement decision support software. David brings with him more than 27 years of clinical, sales and management experience in the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) industry and is recognized as a subject matter expert in Picture Archival and Communication Systems (PACS).
He is well respected for his analytical and process re-engineering skills which have enabled him to successfully develop and implement the re-structuring of many DI departments over multiple sites resulting in improved workflow, substantial cost savings and improved patient care and wait times.
Before joining TNC, David was the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging at the Trillium Health Centre. In this role he managed the operations of a multi-site diagnostic imaging department in a large urban community healthcare centre. Prior to this he held management positions at Mallinckrodt Medical Inc.
David continues to forward his knowledge through writing papers and articles for various DI publications, which have included:

David holds a Bachelor of Science Specialist Degree in Biology from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
