President/Founder
As the founder and President of TNC, Thomas directs a third-party independent consortium of leading senior consultants and staff, providing innovative strategic services to the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) community across North America.
He is recognized as a DI expert in strategic planning, seek, procure and implementation of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), operational reviews, business case development, Acceptance Testing Plans and vendor negotiations. Through his leadership and extensive experience, he has been instrumental in helping clients advance their key strategic initiatives in less time, with lower cost and less risk, positioning TNC as a valuable and trusted source of results-based consulting services.
Thomas has been the driving force behind the development and implementation of TNC's Electronic Healthcare Enterprise Educational Program (TEHE). This professional development program provides a wide range of educational courses on both technical and performance related subjects concerning today's DI professionals.
Thomas continues to grow TNC into a leading DI performance improvement consulting firm by providing healthcare facilities with innovative services and tools necessary for optimizing their operations. Most recently, TNC brought to market Clearica3 – their new operational performance measurement decision support software. This unique software-as-a-service offering is designed specifically to help DI departments measure and accelerate operational performance to achieve and sustain higher levels of productivity.
Before forming TNC, Thomas held a global management position at Cedara Software Inc., a developer of medical imaging applications for diagnostic healthcare.
Prior to this he gained valuable experience in various management positions at Kodak Canada within their Health Imaging Division where he was responsible for the development of short and long-term strategies for marketing and sales within Canada.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and achieved the professional designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in 2003.
